Terraform
Three Terraform modules make the VMs and install qfence on them with cloud-init, the way two sites and a witness does by hand:

Each passes terraform validate. The Proxmox modules’ first-boot scripts have been run on Ubuntu 22.04, the OS their template uses, in a container, and the AWS module’s shares their build and install steps. None has yet been applied to a real Proxmox cluster or AWS account: read a module before you apply it.
