Controller types
The controller types every orchestrator knows, each from the manifest compiled into it (controller-type.v1.json describes the format). A controller of a type is an entry of the configuration file’s controllers: its connection, its auth, and the capabilities it enables with their config; each binding of an availability plan gives its capability’s params. A running orchestrator serves the same manifests at GET /api/v1/controllers/types.
